I was just wondering if anyone has a good, cheap, and easy vpn service that allows torrenting? im running vista, so hopefully someone knows of one that will work.

You obviously don’t know what a VPN is, and no, a VPN won’t help you with torrents.
The purpose of a VPN is to establish a secure network connection across an insecure medium such as the Internet. VPNs are typically used by businesses to establish secure connections to branch offices using inexpensive broadband Internet connections or for road warrior employees to connect to the company network using an Internet connection at a hotel, airport, public hotspot, or a client’s network.

No reputable VPN provider is going to allow you to torrent over their network so they can take the blame for your illegal actions. If a VPN provider is claiming torrenting is OK then odds are they are using you and your computer and privacy is at risk.
So you are asking what is a good and easy way to hide your illegal activity? The best way is not to do it in the first place.
